There was really no reason for anyone to register on this site. There is no non-public material, though I planned to have some around October.  A few nice folks registered just for courtesy or thinking I might introduce some member only pages.  The problem was that there were too many registrations, and too high a percentage of those were deleted after lengthy research showed that they had histories of spam and site abuse.

Hey, this is a hobby site. I would rather spend the time I have to devote to it creating, vetting and correcting the content.  In just three weeks the site has gotten one high level university recommendation as a resource; one professor at another, and one Python club have asked me to send them higher resolution files than I have posted on GitHub. So somehow a few folks find it.

Mostly I think folks find it by word of mouth – please feel free to share with you Pyfriends.
